The fundamental purpose and philosophy of Eqela technology is to work towards building compatibility between different technologies and to help connect or bridge different technologies together in a way that is technically performant and practical. We provide a foundation on top of which larger technology-agnostic solutions and approaches can be built, enabling technical innovation and the ability to choose the right technologies for the right purposes.
As its foundation, Eqela has conceptualized and developed a universal data model that was particularly designed to provide compatibility between different technologies, and has then been evolved over more than a decade, with the intention of providing a structure that can model any software application or system. This model is then used to create specific solutions in different environments, and has since then been applied extensively in solutions targeting eg. mobile development, web development, legacy system modernization, AI, machine learning and LLM development, as well as document management and report generation, and many other specialized fields, highlighting its universal nature and ability to adapt to different environments.
Beyond the data model, Eqela core has then been integrated with various different technologies, including numerous programming languages and software platforms, different file formats, cloud services, development tools, APIs, frameworks, etc., all of which utilize the universal data model as their core. As a result, the technology can be used to read and write code and other data in the different formats, and can translate and transform in various ways between those technologies or within those technologies.
